With more than 500 employees in France, Europe and the United States, Graitec is the leader in the software market for the construction sector. As part of the roll-out of its Outbound Marketing France strategy, this mission consists in developing telemarketing targeted at the key account and mid-market segments.

Responsibility: Lead generation and making business appointments

- Identify the targets, aligned with the marketing actions of the moment

- Profiling key accounts (organizational charts, decision-makers, decision-making circuits)

- Call the target contacts

- Qualify the context

- Promote Graitec offers, argue, and generate interest

- Transfer the leads to the sales representatives

- Save the activity in the CRM and update the contact database

- Optimize the conversational patterns of prospecting

- Get sales feedback and identify areas for improvement

- Provide reporting to the Sales and Marketing Department

Required profile :

- Good business skills

- First BtoB experience would be a plus
