Hello everyone,

I am a young student who will validate a bac +3 in charge of construction work in alternation, I am looking for a master in this field. But it's very rare I found only one DIPLOMAN training in Valenciennes, I live near Avignon ...
I find that diploma courses related to bim are rare, I find it a shame to be so late in France in 2019-2020.

Hello,
Thank you for having made this observation on diploma training linked to BIM, but it should be noted that BIM is still currently in a transitional phase.
And that the "diploma" training (LMD) are training courses do not aim to give you the skills in a profession A but to give a set of skills to start in a professional field. So its training is multidisciplinary.
At the present time, SPECILISE training exists in BIM:
Masters (Ms) BIM level Bac + 6 for the management side of the BIM project (Cf Ms BIM ENPC / ESTP or CESI, etc.)
And also BIM Projector-oriented Pro License

Regarding the distances to have done the Master IN2C of UPHF, there was an apprentice who comes from the DOM TOM and who has his work-study company there (in DOM TOM). go discussed during the open house (JPO in February) you will see that many come from the 4 corners of France.
So because you live in Avignon, you are put off by going to train in Valenciennes, are you really motivated to continue training for another 2 years by alternation (less vacancy, etc.)?

Apart from that, find out what BIM training is gradually opening (every year) by everyone in France, whether in Bac + 6 or other. And you can also get into the professional world and gradually train yourself outside and have diploma training and have them validated to obtain the TITLE Master etc.

There are solutions and in the world of the digital transition of the building, motivation is one of the qualities (at least from my point of view).

Hope any comment could be helpful to you.

Re,

Thank you for your answer,

I'm not afraid to move around, it's just that I would have preferred to be close to my family and my fiancée.

As for the work-study program, I've been on work-study for 2 years, I prefer this format and I fully intend to stay in my company, which is why I am looking for a diploma course and not a professional title.

As I said in my post I am validating a bac + 3 this year so I'm looking for a master's degree (bac + 4 and 5) and not a professional license (bac + 3) or a master's (bac + 6).

cordialement,

Jonathan

Hello ! I am the "famous" student who comes from the French overseas departments and territories, more exactly from Reunion Island. I do my work-study program on my island, so I benefit from my family, and from the training.

Do not hesitate to contact me for more info! :)
