Hello,

I am referring to this subject "https://www.hexabim.com/discussions/revit-purger-filtres".

I would like to find a script allowing me to make a list of all the filters present in my view and to allow me to select some of them and delete them (several at once).

I am fairly new to dynamo and am not sure how to generate a pick list.

Thank you in advance.

Bonsoir

Maybe using this node of the Data Shapes package, with drop-down lists. I've never used it, so I can't tell you more ...

Hello,

For the sorting part on the filters, help in PJ. ViewFilter.OwnerViews comes from Archilab.
And for the selection, unless you need to deploy the script and therefore do something user-friendly, it works very well natively ;)

Hello,

Thank you for your messages.

As requested above in my message, my current problem is that we recovered the model of another design office which went bankrupt and the concern is that there are about 50 filters in my model that I would like to delete without having to do it manually (I know that on the Revit 2022 version the possibility of selecting several filters has been integrated but we must stay on the 2020 version).

So it's not a sort of unused filters that I need but rather a script where I could see all the filters in my project and select with a checkbox the ones I would like to remove and then apply and remove them all In one time.

After a short research on the english forum of dynamo, it will be necessary to go through hard code outside dynamo or python in dynamo. However, a package allowing to do it perhaps escaped me.

Being a novice and as it is only once on 50 filters (yes it is nothing) I suggest you do this "by hand". The fastest solution isn't always the smartest and most beautiful.
