Hello,
I come to benefit from your expertise in order to have:
- models or method of organization in my template revit.
- the organization of my projects on my hard drive

ps: I mainly work on projects (Individual house, Collective housing (new and Réab) and small ERP.

Hello,

The Revit template, Families incorporated in it, the organization really depends on your needs and your work methodology.

I'm assuming you already have an organization of your projects on your hard drives. I would advise you to base yourself on the latter (so as not to be too disoriented).

my current organization is not necessarily optimized because it was made following emergencies in the office.
of the cut I want to take advantage of the passage 100% revit to organize the chmilblik

Hello,

Indeed I had a more busy evening than expected.
The table is attached.

Small explanations: At level 1, each of your files is identified by a number (personally I will use a combination of the date of arrival of the file and the number of the case) and the name of the project. I would choose this principle to facilitate the research of the project thereafter.

At level 2, we find 3 main folders "Received Files" and "Sent Files" which can contain dated folders to better organize the various files. In the absence of a dated folder, you can date the files. There is also a work folder which contains the model you are working on. When the project is finished, you can create a "Final documents" folder.

At level 3: We find the various documents within the previous files.
